CRANE RENTAL FOR ACCESSORY DWELLING UNITS
Time and safety are critical pieces to every ADU project. At King Crane Service, our O&M Team works closely with clients, providing preplanned, safety-oriented logistics that include expert engineering, lift planning, project management, and support. We select the crane best suited for the work. Our All Terrain fleet includes the 500-ton capacity Liebherr LTM 1400, the 265-ton capacity Liebherr LTM 1220, and hydraulic truck cranes, like the 75-ton Link-Belt HTC 8675.
As work begins, a trailer delivers the ADU to a crane rigged in at a job site, typically a single-family residential property. Our rigging crew and contractors then prepare the load for lifting with spreader bars, slings, and boat straps. The ADU is lifted from the trailer and lowered onto a waiting foundation.
